GAS AS INTERFACE coordinated "Intervene / Shape / Model," a Christmas-season limited exhibition by artist Takuro Tamayama, inside GINZA SIX's members-only lounge, LOUNGE SIX.ガスアズインターフェイスは、GINZA SIXの会員制ラウンジ「LOUNGE SIX」内にて、アーティスト・玉山拓郎によるクリスマス期間限定の特別展示「Intervene / Shape / Model」をコーディネートしました。

Nine new works were created for the exhibition, using "6°" as a unit of time — an attempt to embed "motionless time" into the space. Among them, sculptural pieces such as The Shape with Its Own Light, Models, and Intervenes threaded mirror-polished steel and drifting fabric through the lounge, each catching and releasing light at its own pace.本展にあわせて制作された9つの新作では、「6°」という時間の単位を手がかりに、空間に「動かない時間」を埋め込む試みが展開されています。なかでも《The Shape with Its Own light》《Models》《Intervenes》といった彫刻作品が、鏡面のスチールとゆらぐ布地をラウンジ空間に織り込み、それぞれの間合いで光を捉え、放っています。
